The 7th Annual 3V Career Fair at Ward Melville High School was a tremendous success, boasting its highest attendance to date! Nearly 700 students and parents filled the gymnasium to explore career opportunities and engage with professionals from a wide range of industries, including health care, accounting, marketing, law, government, engineering, education, architecture and technology.

Over 70 Long Island businesses dedicated their time to educate Three Village students, spanning grades 7-12, on various career paths. Many business representatives were highly impressed by the students’ engagement, noting the thoughtful and well-articulated questions they asked. The positive interactions between students and industry professionals also delighted school and district administrators, highlighting the fair’s impact in fostering career exploration and preparedness.

This annual event is organized by the Three Village Industry Advisory Board (3V-IAB), a dedicated group of students, teachers, administrators, parents and local business professionals committed to creating college and career-focused programs. Their mission is to ensure that Three Village students are well-equipped for their futures, both in and beyond high school.

Community members interested in joining the 3V-IAB are encouraged to reach out to Ilene Littman, 3V-IAB Coordinator, at 3v-iab@3villagecsd.org, or Michael Ardolino, 3V-IAB Business Chair and Broker/Owner of Realty Connect USA, at michael@ardolino.com. Their continued efforts help make events like the career fair an invaluable resource for students.
