Students across the Three Village Central School District kicked off the season of giving by participating in Thanksgiving service projects. W.S. Mount Elementary School second graders and their older buddies in fourth and sixth grade classes collected food donations, then paired up to create a basket providing a full Thanksgiving meal. Students also worked with their partners to design Thanksgiving placemats.

At Minnesauke Elementary School, students in Mr. Licausi’s second grade class completed a similar project. The class collected donations to make a basket full of Thanksgiving food items. The baskets created at both buildings were donated to Three Village families in need ahead of the holiday.
