The Ward Melville Patriots Marching Band performed at the 60th Newsday Marching Band Festival on Oct. 23. The Ward Melville Marching Band was one of nearly 40 marching bands from across Long Island to represent its school and districtwide music program at the three-day festival. The bands performed their field shows at the Mitchel Field Athletic Complex in Uniondale.

The Ward Melville Patriots Marching Band is led by Director Dan Hayes, Assistant Director Brendan Meier, Drumline Coordinator Michael Ayala and Color Guard Coordinator Jeannie Hill.
