District Clerk

Welcome to the Office of the District Clerk.

The District Clerk provides support and assistance with matters involving the Board of Education. This includes F.O.I.L. (Freedom of Information Law) requests, legal requests, voter registration, budget votes and elections. To contact the Board of Education or the District Clerk please call (631) 730-4067 or email Inger Germano, District Clerk at igermano@3villagecsd.org.

The Freedom of Information Law (F.O.I.L.) provides rights of access to certain school district records. The District Clerk is the Three Village Central School Districts Records Access Officer and assists with all F.O.I.L and legal record requests. Requests can be submitted via mail or e-mail.
