The toll-free number to call is 1-800-4-1-VOICE, ext. 359. Additionally, information can be reported via text messaging by entering the number 66746, then typing in the word "TIPS".
Reports can also be made online at
www.safeschoolhelpline.com
Reports of any facts, remarks, or actions that could jeopardize the safety of students, staff, or the schools can be made day or night using a home, cell, or pay phone.
When you dial the toll-free number or access the website you will be advised how to leave your information and encouraged not to include your name or other facts that could identify you in the message. A copy of the report will be sent to school district officials, who will then investigate the report and determine how to proceed.
